Mood Board Monday

11.15.2021

On this Monday, I’m sharing mood boards I’ve developed for my interior design classes. Mood boards are exciting to create because you aren’t committing to particular materials or furniture, but instead, you are capturing the vibe you envision for a space through inspiring photos and materials. A mood board helps communicate your vision to your client and informs the actual design and selections.

All of the projects and their specifications are hypothetical. I’ll be sharing these boards on social media on upcoming Mondays.

These mood boards are not in a traditional style, but I thought I’d share them, anyway. Sometimes I’m required to design outside of my preferred style, which I suppose makes me a stronger overall designer.
